Funny or Die

Will Ferrell recently created a new website, Funny or Die, which is devoted solely to user-submitted videos.
There's a lot of funny stuff here, but also a lot of crap. It's basically YouTube meets eBaumsworld.

Here is the "flagship" of the site, a movie staring Will himself, his friend Adam McKay, and McKay's cute-as-a-really-cute-button daughter, Pearl.
